Notice Description
Inverclyde Council require a counselling service to handle all referrals made by the council, these may arise from: - The Managing Attendance Programmes implemented by Inverclyde Council. - Any traumatic incidents affecting employees. - Complaints or grievances raised under Inverclyde Council's policies such as Dignity and Respect or Grievance Procedures. Additionally, Provider(s) will offer Counselling Services to employees facing stress and mental health issues, with the primary aim of maximising attendance at work and preventing absences. Please note the below list is an example of where employees may require support but is not exhaustive: - Stress at home or work - Family/relationship problems - Harassment or bullying at work - Bereavement - Anxiety and depression - Post-traumatic stress or trauma - Addiction issues - Critical incident debriefing - Concerns that are causing anxiety.

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: The contract has the option to extend for two 12 month periods after the intial contract period ends from 13th October 2027 until 12th October 2028 and a further option to extend for a further year from 13th October 2028 until 12th October 2029.

In order to be considered, applicants must achieve one of the following: (a) Where the tenderers Dun & Bradstreet risk indicator is 3, the annual contract value should also be less than 50% of the tenderers average turnover over the preceding 2 years (with audited accounts dated within 24 months of the date of the financial check).
