The scope also includes system implementation, configuration, training, data migration, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance and support. The contract is expected to run for a fixed term of four years, with a go-live target of 1 April 2026, plus an initial five months of implementation.

The FMS must integrate with existing internal systems, support configurable approval workflows, offer secure role-based access, and provide a full audit trail. The scope also includes system implementation, configuration, training, data migration, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance and support. The contract is expected to run for a fixed term of four years, with a go-live target of 1 April 2026, plus an additional five months for prior implementation.. The full Invitation to Tender (ITT), Technical Specification, and Pricing Schedule must be completed as part of each tender response. Clarifications may be submitted via PCS prior to the deadline stated.
