DMHR currently has the requirement to establish a Framework Agreement with a maximum of 3 suitably experienced and qualified suppliers for Senior Manager and Executive Recruitment Services. Supporting these functions are two key teams: - Crewing Team: Ensures vessel safety, reliability, and compliance by securing the necessary seafarers, managing effective rostering, overseeing training, and providing robust personnel management. - Shore Support and Logistics Team: Focuses on maintaining vessel reliability through coordinated support and maintenance activities. Another major department is Operations, which is responsible for the effective daily deployment of vessels and coordination of port operations. This team ensures all operational requirements are met in line with contractual obligations and the broader CHFS customer, commercial, and community strategies. The Planning and Performance Department is tasked with developing and implementing plans for the safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of the CHFS2 contract. The Standards and Performance Department ensures strong governance is in place to support the delivery of a safe, reliable, and compliant service. Other key departments include Commercial, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. It is anticipated we will average out 3 - 5 roles per year. There is no guarantee as to the volume of business, if any at all, that any Supplier may receive by virtue of inclusion on the Framework Agreement. The salary bands for the anticipated roles will range from GBP 60,000 (Senior Manager Grade) to GBP 110,000 (Executive Grade). The services to be provided under this Framework Agreement will comprise of all or any of the following, the Supplier shall: - Be required at the start of any exercise to discuss, advise and agree the most appropriate approach for the specific search and selection. - Establish a clear understanding of our priorities, needs and organisational culture in relation to the vacancy/multiple vacancies that need to be filled. - Establish a clear understanding of the Job Specification and use this knowledge to understand the criteria for each post in order to find the most suitable candidates. - Provide an executive search service from briefing to placement, including, without limitation, research and production of potential candidates' names, pre-screening and interviewing (including psychometric testing) and managing rejected candidates and interviewees through completion. - Offer a part executive search service to milestones agreed. - Identify and challenge the Person Specification and define the selection criteria to be discussed and agreed. - Draft a search plan and geographical locations where a search may be appropriate. - Establish a process for how competing priorities will be handled and demand met. - Be responsible for undertaking an extensive search and review of the market to identify qualified candidates - Provide copies of Certification prior to the placement of a candidate. The focus of this Framework Agreement is on Database Selection (Search) and Retained Search (Headhunting). It is acknowledged that advertising may form part of the recruitment process. David MacBrayne HR (UK) Ltd may wish to use alternative contracts for recruitment advertising services for recruitment requirements relating to the Framework Agreement where rates are preferable.

Renewal: Upon completion of the initial 24 month period there will be the option to extend by up to an additional 24 months which may be split into smaller periods.
