A detailed Project Brief is attached at Appendix E. Bidders should ensure the brief is read and understood prior to submitting a tender response.

River Clyde Homes (RCH) are seeking the appointment of a Principal Designer (Health & Safety) for the demolition and site clearance of Nos. 1-6, 13-17, 20-24 Kelburn Terrace,Port Glasgow. A detailed Project Brief is attached at Appendix E. Bidders should ensure the brief is read and understood prior to submitting a tender response. Out with the project commission, the consultant may be asked to perform additional ad-hoc Services for RCH.
