The procurement is to establish a supplier who could supply and help manage new cashless register systems in multiple schools in the West Dunbartonshire area.
Procurement Information
The contract was established using the YPO ( Yorkshire Procurement Orginisation's Electronic Catering Management and Payment Solutions framework, this was done as no other framework could support the procurement. In addition to this there was also an alteration to the Terms and Conditions. so that we could use Scots law, the change was confirmed and approved by the framework owners.
