The Contract primarily involves the replacement of existing bathrooms and WC rooms including installation of new sanitaryware, showers, shower curtains and rails, shower screens, floor coverings, wall boarding, extract fans, light fittings and pipework throughout Paisley East, Renfrew and Johnstone, Renfrewshire. The works may also include adaptations to existing shower or bathrooms for persons with particular needs including wheelchair users which will be assessed during the Contractor's surveys . The bathroom replacement works are anticipated to involve approximately 83nr bathroom replacements and 30nr cloakroom replacements to be undertaken in one phase of works during financial year 2025-2026.

A Tenderer will be required to achieve a minimum score of 2 against each Question within Part C, i.e. a score of 2 or greater shall represent a Pass whereas a score of 1 or lower will represent a Fail.
