The University of Edinburgh has appointed suppliers to supply and install furniture for the major capital project at Edinburgh College of Art (chairs, desks, storage, Meeting Booths and cell pods. In order to achieve best value for the University, the project was procured via the APUC FFE1017-AP Sustainable Furniture framework.

The University of Edinburgh has appointed a supplier to supply and install furniture for the major capital project at Edinburgh College of Art (lot 2 desks). In order to achieve best value for the University, the project was procured via the APUC FFE1017-AP Sustainable Furniture framework. Total contract length: 24 months (2 years) Contract start date: 13th August 2025 Contract end date: 12th August 2027 Any built-in/optional extensions: 12 months (1 year)
Options: The contract period is 2 years, with the option to extend for an additional 1 year at the sole discretion of the University. Pricing remains fixed for a period of 2 years from the date of contract award, or until the final phase of installation is complete--whichever is later--to allow the University to purchase any or all of the awarded items as required during this period, either as part of a project phase or on an ad hoc basis (with no minimum order quantities required).
