Notice Description
Blairtummock Housing Association is seeking to appoint a contractor for kitchen replacement works to 46Nr. properties. The scope of this contract comprises the supply and installation of new replacement kitchens together with removal of existing installations and all associated electrical, plumbing, finishes and decoration, as necessary.

Selection of a suitable Contractor with recent relevant experience for kitchen replacement contracts. Bidders must pass the SPD submission to have their Quality and Price Tender evaluated. Contract will be awarded to a single suitable Contractor following evaluation of the Tender Price and Quality Questionnaire submitted as part of this tender process.
