NHS Golden Jubilee Board has the requirement to renew their window cleaning service contract. Please see full specification document for requirements.. Mandatory site visit will be required for all bidders. The proposed site visit date is Wednesday 19th of November 2025 at 9.30 am

Options: Where there is potential for further services in addition to the works noted in the outline scope of works, NHS Golden Jubilee Board reserve the right to utilise the expertise of the awarded provider to expand on this scope of works to address other associated, adjacent or aligned works which may arise. It should be noted though that these potential future projects are in no way conclusive and may not progress. NHS Golden Jubilee Board reserve the right not to progress these works.

Renewal: 2x12 months optional extension periods to be taken at the Board's discretion
