Its development is to be in accordance with national guidance and recommended good practice developed through the Society of Chief Officers of Transportation in Scotland Roads Asset Management Project Accompanying this Angus Council would also like assistance in creating Annual Status and Options Report (ASOR) which can be presented to Council Leaders and stakeholders enabling transparent reporting and continuous improvement in the management of the local roads infrastructure while evidencing considerations for forthcoming budget provision and investment.
