Angus Roads Asset Management Plan
Notice Description
Angus Council are due to renew their Roads Asset Management Plan (RAMP) for a period of 4 years following expiry of their last plan in 2024. The delay in production of a new plan is the result of available resourcing and development of the service however the intention is to now develop and implement a (RAMP) that enables strategic, risk-based decision-making and long-term planning, in line with national guidance for a period of 4 years. Its development is to be in accordance with national guidance and recommended good practice developed through the Society of Chief Officers of Transportation in Scotland Roads Asset Management Project Accompanying this Angus Council would also like assistance in creating Annual Status and Options Report (ASOR) which can be presented to Council Leaders and stakeholders enabling transparent reporting and continuous improvement in the management of the local roads infrastructure while evidencing considerations for forthcoming budget provision and investment.
