It involves: - Persistent efforts to locate and engage with individuals in their own space and at their own pace. - Providing persistent practical assistance and support to help individuals' access services and make informed choices. - Employing a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to build trust and rapport with individuals.

Renewal: In addition to the 2 year contract there will be 1 x 1-year plus 1 x 8-months
