The intent is to provide a working, reliable system aligning with the functions provided as per the original design. As part of the tender process, there will be an opportunity for Tenderers to undertake a visit to MV Finlaggan at Kennacraig. Tenderers must take advantage of this opportunity to assess the existing system arrangements and ascertain the necessary information to develop a proposal that fully meets the needs of CFL. This is a mandatory requirement to physically survey MV Finlaggan. The proposed survey date is Thursday 13th November. Tenderers must advise if this date is not suitable and propose an alternative.
