HITRANS invites tenders for the provision of Customer Services and Operational Support for the HI-BIKE public bike share scheme. The successful contractor will manage daily customer interactions, system monitoring and light administrative coordination tasks. This will help to ensure efficient, consistency and high-quality service across the HI-BIKE systems in Inverness, Fort William and Elgin. For full details see supporting documentation.

Renewal: Contract can be renewed for a further 12 months subject to agreement from both parties
