Notice Description
The Scottish Government's Marine Directorate wishes to invite tenders to service and overhaul the stern thruster on the vessel MRV Scotia. MRV Scotia currently has a stern thruster which requires a five-yearly service performed, so it can be presented to the classification society surveyor. The last stern thruster service was performed in 2020 for class survey.

MRV Scotia is one of the Scottish Government's vessels which conducts scientific survey work. MRV Scotia currently has a stern thruster which requires a five-yearly service performed, so it can be presented to the classification society surveyor. The last stern thruster service was performed in 2020 for class survey. There should be a full inspection and service of all parts of the stern thruster system.
