Notice Description

Social Security Scotland's People, Policy, Advice and Wellbeing team require an experienced and qualified Supplier to provide professional support and supervision for their team of wellbeing specialists. This service is a vital component of our commitment to maintaining high standards of care, ethical practice, and staff wellbeing across Social Security Scotland.This contract will provide monthly supervision for our two Wellbeing Specialists. The Wellbeing Specialists are qualified counsellors and registered members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Monthly supervision is a mandatory requirement for counsellors to uphold the standards of their practice.The Supplier will be required to provide a pool of qualified supervising counsellors and each Wellbeing Specialist must be able to select a supervisor who aligns with their individual therapeutic style and needs.
