PHA Reactive Maintenance and Void Contract

Notice Description

The Contractor will be responsible for delivering all reactive maintenance repair works throughout the Association's occupied flats, houses and communal closes at various addresses within Provanhall, Glasgow G34. These works will be carried out in accordance with the Right to Repair Statutory Scheme and will include the full range of emergency, urgent and routine repairs required to maintain the Association's housing stock. The scope of service will also include the management and completion of void property repairs, with an anticipated workload of approximately 30 voids per annum, ensuring each property is returned to the Association's re-let standard within the agreed timescales.

The Contractor will be responsible for delivering all reactive maintenance repair works throughout the Association's occupied flats, houses and communal closes at various addresses within Provanhall, Glasgow G34. These works will be carried out in accordance with the Right to Repair Statutory Scheme and will include the full range of emergency, urgent and routine repairs required to maintain the Association's housing stock. The scope of service will also include the management and completion of void property repairs, with an anticipated workload of approximately 30 voids per annum, ensuring each property is returned to the Association's re-let standard within the agreed timescales.

Renewal: Based on satisfactory performance, the contract may be extended by two further one-year periods (1+1). Extension decisions will depend on compliance with contractual requirements, KPI achievement, value for money and operational need. The Association will review performance before each extension and may grant or withhold an extension at its discretion.
