Notice Description
East Ayrshire Council are conducting market research to gather information from suppliers to help inform next stages of procurement development for the provision of a Revenues and Benefits billing system which supports the collection and recovery of Council Tax, Non Domestic Rates, Sundry debts and discretionary awards including Scottish Welfare Fund and Discretionary Housing Payments. As part of this initial market research exercise, we have attached a questionnaire which will help inform the next stages of our procurement strategy development. Please note that the estimated value of this project has still to be determined, therefore the information contained in section 11.1.5 bears no relevance at this stage of the process.
