P26-0069: Planned and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Services Maintenance
Notice Description
The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a supplier(s) to deliver Planned and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Services Maintenance to Scottish Enterprise for our office locations in Edinburgh (Lot 1) and Glasgow (Lot 2). Bidders may submit a tender for one or both lots. It is anticipated that both contracts for Lot 1 and Lot 2 will start on 1 April 2026 for an initial period of 36 months (to 31 March 2029). The estimated values of the contracts are set out below. Lot 1 - Edinburgh: expected to be in the region of between GBP25,000 and GBP32,000 excluding VAT. Lot 2 - Glasgow: expected to be in the region of between GBP25,000 and GBP32,000 excluding VAT. After this initial period, Scottish Enterprise will have the option to extend the contract for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2 for a further period of up to 24 months. The estimated values of the extension periods are set out below. Lot 1 - Edinburgh: expected to be in the region of between GBP17,000 and GBP22,000 excluding VAT (for up to 24 months). Lot 2 - Glasgow: expected to be in the region of between GBP17,000 and GBP22,000 excluding VAT (for up to 24 months). Lot Information
Lot 1 - Edinburgh

Any contract will be entered into with the nominated lead organisation and all members of the consortium, who will in these circumstances each be required to execute said contract together with all ancillary documentation, evidencing their joint and several liability in respect of the obligations and liabilities of the contract. SPD Statement for 2C.1 - Where the main bidder relies on the capacities of other entities in order to meet the selection criteria, the bidder must provide a separate SPD response setting out the information required under SPD (Scotland): Part II (sections A and B); Part III exclusion grounds; the relevant part of Section IV selection criteria; and Part V (if applicable) for each of the entities concerned. SPD Statement for 2D.1 - If the bidder proposes to subcontract any part(s) of the service and those sub-contractors are not relied upon, they should arrange for a separate SPD response from each potential subcontractor. The subcontractors must complete the relevant parts of the SPD (Scotland) (Sections A and B of Part II and Part III only) to self-declare whether there are grounds for their exclusion.
