It is ideal for providers with robust management and operational systems to ensure quality service delivery. The terms stipulate requirements for insurance and accreditation, indicating a preference for established organisations with a proven track record and strong financial standing. Smaller businesses or new entrants can join the framework periodically, presenting continuous growth opportunities. The framework underscores community benefits, further aligning businesses with social responsibility goals, and is supported by training sessions to assist newcomers in navigating the procurement process effectively.
