Term Maintenance Contract for Electrical Repairs to Non-Housing Properties
Notice Description
This contract comprises the following works provision to approximately 185Nr Falkirk Councils Non-Housing properties: - (a) Ad hoc repairs and works to the electrical installations as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis. (b) A 2-hour emergency call out service must be provided during normal working hours (8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday).

This contract comprises the following works provision to approximately 185Nr Falkirk Councils Non-Housing properties: - (a) Ad hoc repairs and works to the electrical installations as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis. Renewal: This contract will be subject to an option to extend for a further 12 months if it is in the interests of Falkirk Council to do so.
