Notice Description

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council), on behalf of the Edinburgh Alcohol and Drug Partnership, wishes to put in place a contract with a single Provider (an individual or organisation) who will facilitate a Lived-and-living-Experience Panel. The aim of this co-production will be to improve the quality of Drug and Alcohol recovery services by ensuring that they are informed by lived and living experience of substance use, service use and recovery

Lot 1

The Council is seeking to appoint a single Provider (Individual or Organisation) to deliver the specified service. An open procurement process will be followed where by the Single Procurement Document (SPD) will be utilised to identify suitable Tenderers in terms of compliance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and/or the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016/PR(S)A14 and the minimum standards and any other requirements set out in the Tender documents & Contract Notice. Thereafter an Award Criteria and Pricing evaluation will be undertaken to select the tender which represent the best overall value for money.

Renewal: It is intended that the contract will be for a period of two years with the option to extend for a further two twelve-month periods, undertaken at the sole discretion of the Council. The contract value included in this notice is for the full potential 4 year contract period. The estimated contract value in this notice is for the full contract period including optional extensions.
