This tender offers a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in heating system management and maintenance, particularly those that are registered on the Gas Safe Register for both domestic and commercial services. The contract, valued at £810,000, not only seeks expertise in servicing heating equipment but also requires a 24-hour call-out service throughout the year, necessitating robust operational capabilities. With the potential for contract renewal after a 24-month period, businesses can secure long-term engagements. Firms with proven experience in similar contracts and that can provide comprehensive insurance coverage as outlined in the tender specifications will be well-suited to compete and potentially grow their market presence within the public sector.
