Dunbritton Housing Association (DHA), West Highland Housing Association (WHHA) and Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) (referred to as the Associations in this PIN) are jointly seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Development Consultant Contract or Framework 1 April 26 till 31 March 28 with 2 x 12-month options (4 years max). The proposed options are all as outlined as listed on the attached documents with this PIN. We are very interest in the marketplace views on our options? Feedback, Thoughts and Comments We are extremely interested in your views about what we have set out above. We are very keen to investigate the contracting market throughout Scotland to identify potential interested Consultants in this opportunity.
