The contract is a direct award under the Procurement for Housing (PfH) framework agreement, which was procured in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The framework was subject to prior competition and includes a defined list of appointed economic operators. The direct award has been made in accordance with the framework terms and call-off provisions.
