River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a company to undertake specialist estates cleaning and sharps removals for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within Inverclyde. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to Trauma cleaning, Dog fouling, Sharps search and removal.

River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a company to undertake specialist estates cleaning and sharps removals for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within Inverclyde. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to Trauma Cleaning, Dog Fouling, Sharps search and removal.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two year duration. RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two twelve month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
