Notice Description
Renfrewshire Council are looking to engage with the Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services Market to feed into the development of a future Contract for Domestic Properties and Common Areas. Contractors are required to note interest via this PIN on Public Contracts Scotland and to get in touch with the contact details in this PIN: Kevin Milliken Email - kevin.milliken@renfrewshire.gov.uk From the note of interest we will then set up meetings with direct engagement with Procurement and Representatives from Housing Services.

This Prior Information Notice is being carried out for Market Engagement Purposes only. Renfrewshire Council are seeking to engage with the Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services Market to feed into the development of a future Contract(s) for Asbestos Surveys and Analytical Services for Domestic Properties and Common Areas. There are two different workstream requirements: Void and General Housing including Common Areas - Asbestos Surveys & Analytical Services. The estimated volumes per year for this requirement will vary but below sets out estimates: - Common Areas in Renfrewshire - 1,900 - survey volumes not yet known - Void and General Repairs - 765 per annum Projects - this would cover all the different capital works programmes that are ongoing or due to start. Within the overall projects is different workstreams and below sets out the estimated volumes of surveys that may be required: - Doors and Windows Programme - 300 per year - Maintenance and Refurbishment Works - Tenanted Properties & Boiler Replacement and full Gas Heating - 900 Surveys per Year - Retrofit Works - Year ahead - 400 Internal Surveys & 300 External Surveys Contractors are required to note interest via this PIN on Public Contracts Scotland and to get in touch with the contact details in this PIN: Kevin Milliken Email - kevin.milliken@renfrewshire.gov.uk From the note of interest we will then set up meetings with direct engagement with Procurement and Representatives from Housing Services.
