The University of Aberdeen has an institutional requirement to appoint suitable Contractors to provide Window Cleaning and Related Services which utilise industry best practice and are able to complement the University's resources and support activities across the University Estate.

Renewal: The initial Contract Term shall be three (3) years, during which any pricing shall remain fixed. The University shall have the option to extend the Contract for up to three (3) additional periods of twelve (12) months each. Pricing during any extension period may be reviewed and adjusted only by mutual agreement between the University and the Contractor.
