Notice Description
The NESPT wishes to appoint a consultant to produce and implement a Project Evaluation Plan for the Portsoy Marble Creative Hub Project and undertake the Evaluation of the Project.
Lot Information
Lot 1
This project involves the repair of two historic buildings and their conversion into the Marbles Creative Hub. The buildings involved are the Marble Warehouse and Marble Workshop located at the Old Harbour in Portsoy, Aberdeenshire. The Marble Warehouse, or Corf House, is category A listed. It was designed by John Adam and built in 1765. The Marble Workshop dates from the mid eighteenth century and is category B listed. The NESPT wishes to commission a consultant to support the development and delivery of the project through the creation and implementation of a Project Evaluation Plan and Evaluation Report.
