Following a review of service requirements and available funding, the requirement has been revised and the contract value is reduced compared with the previous arrangement. A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows: CLW Part 7 - Quality Statement, Question 6 asks bidders to provide information on how they will assist the council in furthering specific sustainability and community benefit objectives. This will be evaluated as part of the tender process. Please note that each Bidder should complete a Single Procurement Document (SPD) on Public Contracts (Scotland PCS). Financial and Insurance criteria have been included in the SPD. If after reading the tender documents Providers decide not to submit a bid - please kindly withdraw your interest.
