The service covers management of all ICT against agreed service levels, a year-round service desk with out-of-hours access, and suitable on-site staffing during term time. The partner will provide strategic ICT advice, design and manage infrastructure, connectivity, communications and security, and supply related goods and services. Responsibilities also include third-party management, monitoring, patching, performance reporting, technical and operational documentation, inventory and risk-register management, and support for technology and change projects. The requirement includes digital skills and curriculum training, innovation, and integration or upgrade work as needed. It is a managed ICT, networking, computer equipment and education technology support service.

Description: The ICT Support at LAAT is currently provided by a single outsourced support provider who provides a mix of scheduled onsite visits and remote support. This contract will end in March 2027, and so the Trust needs to run a procurement to ensure continuity of service. In addition to this, the Trust is planning a major ICT related investment and commitment to pupil learning by implementing a Trust wide 'One to One' (hereafter, 1:1) mobile device scheme for its students. As the Council's communications needs have evolved, there is now a requirement for a broader range of creative and content services, including graphic design, video and film production, photography, copywriting, campaign development, and animation. Description: The Scottish Seabird Centre (SSC) seeks to appoint suitably qualified contractor(s) to deliver exhibition alterations, visitor experience improvements and a new immersive theater installation. The procurement is divided into two lots comprising base build works and audio visual design and installation.

Summary: The Scottish Seabird Centre is procuring works to improve its exhibitions and visitor experience, including a new immersive theatre at its site in North Berwick. The requirement is split into two related workstreams. One covers exhibition alterations, a new exhibition display, construction of the theatre shell, building fabric and mechanical and electrical modifications. Network Services Contract

Description: The contract will cover the delivery, operation, management and ongoing development of the MPS's enterprise network estate. The successful supplier will provide end-to-end management of the Authority's network fabric enabling secure communication between users, systems, sites and partner organisations, together with the associated security and service management activities required to integrate with the MPS's wider IT ecosystem. The successful supplier will also be responsible for operational management of the Authority's connectivity suppliers which are procured under separate third-party contracts direct between the connectivity providers and the Authority.
