Protect Framework (Compliance Services)
Description: This procurement relates to the establishment of a framework for the provision of various compliance services across the property and housing sector. The framework is designed to support Hyde Housing Association (Hyde) and other public sector bodies in accessing high-quality services to deliver their compliance servicing, maintenance and installation programmes. The framework will offer services regionally and nationally, with an estimated value of PS2,688,000,000 exc VAT (PS3,225,600,000 inc VAT) over its possible six-year term (an initial term of four years with the option to extend for a further two years). Summary: The Hyde Housing Association, in partnership with Echelon Consultancy, is initiating a large-scale procurement process to establish the Protect Framework, aimed at delivering compliance services for the property and housing sector across the UK.
