Description: The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise is to inform the market of our proposed procurement for the provision of Consumables for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and Adaptive Servo-Ventilation (ASV) Machines across Northern Ireland. CPAP and ASV therapies are used by Health and Social Care (HSC) Trust Sleep Services to support patients diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) and other sleep-related breathing disorders. The service includes patient assessment, diagnosis, provision of therapy equipment and the ongoing supply of consumables required to support effective treatment. It is envisaged that the future procurement will establish a framework arrangement for the supply of CPAP and ASV consumables on behalf of HSCNI.
