Description: Translink are appointed as the Asset Partner on behalf of the Asset Owner, Department for Infrastructure (DfI), for the management of Bus Shelters throughout Northern Ireland. The current Bus Shelter Portfolio comprises a total stock of approximately 1,460 bus shelters throughout the province, including 104 'Metropolis style' shelters for Belfast Rapid Transport (BRT) . BRT1 also includes four purpose-built Bicycle Storage Shelters . Bus shelters are located province-wide in over 80 settlements. Summary: Advance Housing and Support is seeking contractors to repair and maintain its homes. The work covers responsive repairs, including emergency and out-of-hours call-outs; repairs to empty properties between tenancies; and planned maintenance and replacement of building components on an ad hoc basis. CHIC Roofing Framework

Description: This is a multiple lot framework to deliver all roofing types (pitched, flat and specialist,) split into three workstreams within each Lot, covering: Repairs/Cyclical Maintenance; Planned Roofing Replacements; and Complex Roofing Projects. This includes roofline, guttering, and chimney replacement/repair works in residential dwellings, as well as public and commercial premises.

Description: Kier Infrastructure intends to engage an experienced and qualified Civil contractors for the construction of access road and associated civils works, including but not limited to, earthworks, drainage, ducting and kerbing at the Skirsgill depot on Schemes 1 & 2 of the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine Scheme. The A66 upgrade will see single-lane sections of the 80km stretch between the M6 and the A1 made into dual carriageway, while key junctions will be improved.
