Description: The City will provide the tender documents relating to this procurement upon receipt of a completed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA must be returned via the messaging facility on the City of London Corporation Sourcing & Contracts Portal (itt_310), at the address set out at section 126 of this notice. The City of London Police (CoLP) are currently undertaking a programme to modernise their estate through a mixture of the construction of brand new buildings and the refurbishment of existing buildings. There will be 6 buildings within the future police estate of varying sizes and containing a wide range of functions, and they will be ready for handover to CoLP at different times across approximately a 2-year period from late 2026 to early 2029. Summary: The City of London Corporation is procuring telecommunications network services for the City of London Police’s Future Police Estate. The requirement covers the design, supply, installation and operation of cellular connectivity across at least four police buildings, with the estate comprising six new or refurbished buildings of different sizes and functions. Buildings will be brought into use in stages, and the service must support additional small sites if they are later identified. The contract is intended to provide consistent service levels and coordinated arrangements across the estate, including the ability to add sites.
