Preliminary Market Engagement Delivery Partner for Selective Licensing Scheme in North East Lincolnshire
Description: The Authority's Selective Licensing Scheme received Cabinet approval in October 2025. The Authority will deliver the scheme starting from April 2026 for a period of 5 years. The scheme covers a designated area of the East Marsh in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. Following Cabinet approval we have a statutory timeframe of six months in which to implement the Scheme. Additional capacity is required to deliver the scheme, which is covered by the cost of the licence fees. Enforcement will remain within the remit of the Authority. The Authority is wishing to assess market maturity and availability of any potential Delivery Partners to help deliver the scheme.
