Bradgate Park Trust is now offering the opportunity for an operator to trade from a small kiosk attached to the Deer Barns café and Visitor Centre in the centre of the park. Licenses will commence from 1st April 2026 and run for three years up until 31st March 2029. This contract may potentially be extended beyond the initial 3-year period for period/s of up to a maximum of a further 24 months, taking the contract term to a maximum of 5 years. THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Leicester City Council (LCC) is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise (PME) to gather information, ascertain the level of interest, develop an appropriate specification and determine the procurement approach the Authority may take to appoint a Supplier in the future for the annual valuation of LCC’s commercial property portfolio, excluding dwellings (dwelling valuations are provided under a separate contract). Currently, asset valuation for these fixed assets is carried out in house. Suppliers shall note that this Pre Market Engagement Exercise (PME) is not a call for competition and responding to this advert, does not constitute a formal tender or result in the letting of a Contract. This PME process is being utilised to gauge interest and options. The Authority welcomes the opportunity to engage with Suppliers and appreciates your assistance in providing us with your views. The Henry approach is a unique and holistic approach of working with families with children aged 0-5 that is underpinned by the evidence on risk and protective factors for whole-family nutrition, healthy weight and child development. The Henry approach brings together support for parenting efficacy, family emotional wellbeing and behaviour change with information about nutrition, physical activity, oral health and more. Parents and children supported by Henry become a healthier weight and make statistically significant lifestyle changes which independent clinical trials show are sustained at follow-up. The provider will offer sessions that support parents to give themselves and their children the best opportunity to develop healthy relationships with food and physical activity. This preliminary market engagement notice has been issued by Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Combined Fire Authority also known as Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS). The purpose of this preliminary market engagement notice is for LFRS to engage with suppliers of Workshops Management systems that are currently available on the market. We invite interest from suppliers to provide product information and engage in demonstrations of how their existing platforms will meet our present and future requirements. LFRS are seeking to: • Develop the Authority's requirements and approach to the possible procurement of a Workshops Management System. • Identify suppliers that may be able to supply the services required. • Build capacity among suppliers in relation to the contract being awarded. University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL) requires the Provision of Managed Equipment Service with associated Medical Consumables & Contrast Media. The contract term is intended to be for 10 years with potential option to extend at the Authority’s discretion for an additional term of up to 5 years. Over the 15 years, the potential total contract value would be £600 million (£40 million per annum). Consumables represent the majority of this contract value: £24 million of the £40 million annual estimate. Contract start date is subject to change. Scope: -Purchasing/financing, installation and maintenance of equipment and materials in scope of the contract; -Purchase and installation of diagnostic/radiotherapeutic equipment and clinical robots; -Procurement of consumables and contrast media to meet clinical demand; to include all ancillary equipment and software required to maximise and make systems operational and fit for intended purpose -Purchase, supply, maintain and replace specified consumables and medical devices for the operation of the equipment and responsible for monitoring and maintaining stock levels (including stock rotation, usage analysis/reporting and proactive prevention of wastage/expiry); -Employ and train sufficient inventory control staff; and Manage any third party involvement. The supplier will be responsible for the provision and stock level maintenance of specified consumables required such as implantable cardiac valves and devices (e.g. TAVI valves, TEER clips, pacemakers & defibrillators), guide wires, stents, mapping and ablation catheters. The Trust seeks a pass-through cost model with open book accounting to see actual purchase prices plus agreed markup.
