The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to undertake works at the Clifford Whitworth Library, University of Salford, Salford M5 4WT. Due to the poor condition of the Library's existing outward opening double entrance doors, the University of Salford is looking to have these defective doors replaced with two new sets of automatic sliding doors installed into the existing door openings; along with a refurbishment of the internal lobby area to include replacement floor matting, suspended ceiling, decorations, LED lighting and the necessary access control and services alterations.
