This is to enable the Help2Change team, located within Public Health, to use health intelligence to improve health outcomes. This is a 2 year contract, starting on 1 August 2017 to 31 July 2019. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
