Notice Description

Leeds City Council seeks to appoint a contractor through an OJEU Restricted Competitive Dialogue Procedure to design and build two Council housing schemes, collectively known as 'Extra Care Package 2'. This project forms part of the Leeds City Council Housing Growth Programme. Scheme 1 consists of a 65 unit extra care scheme and 98 units of general needs housing at the Cartmell Drive South site in Temple Newsam ward. Scheme 2 consists of a 63 unit extra care scheme at the site of the former Middlecross Day Centre in Armley ward.
