The overall aim of the Mental Health and/or Autism Community Enablement Service is to provide early intervention for people who are living with mental ill health and/or autism. The service should be provided in a way that supports people to be as independent as possible. The overarching aims are to: * Build on people's strengths and self-resilience * Promote choice and control * Improve people's quality of life * Improve financial resilience through encouraging people to gain support to seek paid employment when this is appropriate. * Support carers/family where appropriate * Prevent the need for long term care * Reduce hospital admission
