Direct Award for the Supply & Delivery of Software Licences under Lot 1 - Microsoft and Associated Services of the Software Licence Resellers Agreement (SLRA) - ITS4042SU, SUPC framework, OJEU Contract Notice 2020/S 033-078650 This Direct Award follows our review of the SUPC framework Buyers Guide which established that Softcat PLC is the first ranked supplier on Lot 1 and that it is compliant under the framework to place a direct award with the 1st ranked supplier who is considered to provide the most economically advantageous offer, as well as their response to our invitation document with specific University of Chester requirements.
