NHS Individual Funding Review and Medicines Management
Notice Description
The proposed contract is for the delivery of two distinct but linked elements of support to local public health teams via the Cheshire and Merseyside Public Health Collaborative (Champs). The first element is to provide public health based epidemiological and evidence review support, from suitably qualified individuals and/or organisations, to the Cheshire and Merseyside NHS Individual Funding Review (IFR) process. The second element is for provision of medicines management and optimisation support to Cheshire and Merseyside public health teams, also via the Collaborative.
