Notice Description

The City of London Corporation (the 'City') is carrying out Pre-procurement market engagement ('PPME') in relation to a City Advice Service The City of London (the City) commissions a standalone 'City Advice' service to provide free, impartial and non-judgemental information and advice to the City of London residents (approx. 9,000) , workers and students. The City of London Corporation additionally manages ten other estates situated in six different London boroughs whose tenants are eligible for access to City Advice. The service is accessed via face to face appointments, home visits where necessary, drop ins to a location bordering the City and also via telephone, e-mail and website. The City will consider the feedback received to help inform its options and decision-making. For the avoidance of doubt, this phase of the project is not part of a formal procurement process and the City is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. Participation or non-participation in the PPME shall not prevent any supplier from participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the PPME shall place any supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process. Participation in the PPME will be at each organisation's own cost. The City will reimburse no expense in responding to this PPME. Additional information: This is a soft market testing exercise in relation to an upcoming requirement the City of London Corporation (the City) has for a new City Advice Service. The soft market testing will involve the submission of the SMT questionnaire - to be received by 12.00pm Noon on 03.01.2025 via the capital esourcingportal.
