To extend the contract with Outer Temple Chambers for a legal consultant for a period of 5 months, until 31 August 2022 to provide legal support on a potentially contentious legal matter involving the Bank and a range of other matters, which has added to an already extremely heavy work load due to Covid-19 as well as a number of Bank strategic priorities with imminent external deadlines.
