Services and Deliverables required Provide transport consultancy services, which will largely be report-based, and include the following: * Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA), comprising: o Strategic Environment Assessment (SEA) Report o Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) Screening Review Report o Community Impact Assessment (CIA), incorporating: ? Equalities Impact Assessment (EqIA) ? Health Impact Assessment (HRA) Optional Services required Transport planning and stakeholder engagement consultancy services related to the Local Transport and Connectivity Plan and ancillary and follow-on work
