1.16,000 Zebra approved,Biodegradable plastic cards (white 760 Micron) with MCA printed artwork and inbuilt security features. (Guilloche Pattern; Micro Text and OVI Variable Ink).These cards will be the base card templated for the new UK Certificates of Competency and Flag State Endorsements issued by Seafarer Services.2.Custom Laminates for Zebra ZXP9 printer and cards.50 rolls -Card certificate top laminate with 'Crown Design' hologram50 rolls -Card certificate bottom laminate with 'Flag Design' hologramOne off origination and tooling costs for creation of the above custom holographic laminates.(Note: 1 roll contains 625 laminates or 'patches', 50 rolls = 31,250 patches).
