Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: Estimated Total Value Instead of: PS450,000.00 Read: PS10,000,000.00 Other additional information: Please note the total estimated concession contract value is PS10,000,000.00. This is the estimated total value inclusive of the three year initial contract period and the two optional 12 month extensions, in total a period of five years. Not as stated in the original notice. Peabody is seeking to appoint a single provider to provide consultancy/bureau services to deliver a fully managed bureau service to manage our portfolio, providers must be able to confirm they have capability to provide all of services set out in the specification and invitation to tender documents. Our meters supply communal areas for residents, domestic supply for some of our vulnerable residents, and our offices. This site list is constantly evolving and will be subject to the addition and removal of meters over the course of the contract.
