The council is seeking expressions of interest for inclusion onto its tender list for fit-out works at the Sovereign Centre Weston super Mare. The contract will be delivered through a Design and Build contract. The main works will include; * Demolitions & Stripping Out * External Windows & Doors inc. Glazed Shopfront / Curtain Walling * Internal Walls & Partitions * Internal Doors & Joinery * Floor, Wall & Ceiling Finishes * Adaptations to Main Services * Mechanical & Plumbing Installations including MVHR, HVAC, Electric HWS * Electrical Installations * Kitchen Installations Please see supplyingthesouthwest.org for further details and application form
