The London Borough of Barnet is looking to commission a mutli-discipinary team to carry out an options appraisal with associated costings for building, and operating a pocket park or similar scheme at a designated location in Cricklewood Broadway. The project will aim to develop an under-used area on Cricklewood Broadway into a community space. Providing an area with greenery, with potential to include small units for makers space to help activate the area. This is a fixed term 4 month contract.
