Notice Description
The City Council is in the process of refurbishing the Retail Market located at the High Chelmer Multi-Storey Car Park, and as part of these works is seeking to replace decorative panelling on the exterior of the Market. The project plan is for the manufacture and installation to be completed by 30th June 2019.
