Summary of the contracting process

The Nottingham City Council is initiating a soft market testing process for a café at the Nottingham Science Park, which aims to develop a new facility that will serve both as office space and a hub for meetings and events. The procurement is currently in the planning stage, with an engagement end date set for 1 May 2018. The project involves seeking proposals from café and hospitality suppliers interested in providing services, including meals, drinks, and event catering, within the East Midlands region of the United Kingdom.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for businesses in the hospitality and catering sectors, particularly those experienced in running cafés or providing event catering services. Companies capable of delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch offerings, alongside flexible operational hours for special events, would be well-positioned to compete. Suppliers should consider how they can integrate their services into a new and dynamic environment at the Nottingham Science Park, enhancing both their visibility and market reach.
